– Free Wi-Fi in rooms and lobby.

This deal includes:
– Two times cleaning per week.
– Two times linen change per week.
You can request extra cleaning services for US$15 for rooms and suites and US$20 for family suites (excluding linen change). Laundry service is available, details will follow upon check-in.
Children’s policy:
– Children sharing parent’s bed are free of charge up to 6 years old.
– Extra Bed charges apply: 7-year-old children or older are charged at US$30 + 11%Vat for bed only.
– The maximum capacity of extra beds or baby cots in a room is “one”.
Settlement policy:
To confirm your reservation you can pay through a bank transfer or by providing your card details.
Terms and conditions:
– Tax charges may be increased by government; therefore rates may be modified on a short notice.
– Breakfast Buffet is available at the Restaurant for US$20 per person. Otherwise an extra charge of US$5 +
11%VAT per person will be charged on guest’s account if served in the room.
– Extra bed supplement of US$30 + 11%VAT on bed only basis.
– Airport pick-up & drop off are available at US$40/way.
– The hotel official check-in time is 2PM and the check-out time is until noon.
– On-site parking facilities are available at the hotel at a nominal charge of LBP 200,000.
Cancellation Policy:
– During High seasons, any cancellation received 7 days or less prior to arrival date, will result in a fee of 100% of the total accommodation cost. 14 to 8 days prior to the confirmed arrival date, cancellation will result in a fee of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
– For “No-Show” reservations, a Cancellation Fee of the full accommodation cost will apply.
– Early Departure will be charged as a full stay charge of the quoted room rate plus VAT.
– Late check-out are subject to availability up to 2PM and can be extended free of charge. An additional 50% of the room rate will be applied up to 6PM and a full night charge thereafter.
– All rates mentioned in this agreement may be subject to change by the hotel at any time during the year warranted that changes occurred before guests’ arrival.
– A written confirmation is required for all reservations, modifications and cancellations.
– All reservations once confirmed are considered on guaranteed basis.
– A deposit payment from the In-House Guests will be requested upon check-in to cover extra expenses and will be refunded upon check out.
